Group Class Schedule

Get your heart pumping in our fitness fusion classes!   Why just do an hour of spinning® or a class of just TRX® when you can integrate both into a strength-endurance workout. This class combines a little of everything in the SAME WORKOUT - all within 1 hour! The following modalities are implemented into the same class:   TRX® SuspensionTraining®, free weights, bands, body-weight exercises,  and spin bikes for cardio intervals.  You get the most bang for your buck!
