We are open for Personal and Shared (up to 2 people) training sessions inside.  Appointments are available Monday through Saturday.  Physical distancing, strict sanitizing, and wearing of masks by all are required.  Air filters with HEPA filters are inside to be used during cold weather as an extra layer of viral protection.  Please contact Abby directly for more information: or 404-786-4127.

Formerly known as Abby Schonier Fitness in the Sandy Springs area through December 2016, we've re-opened as of December 2017 in the Avondale Estates / East Decatur area of Atlanta.  Our new address is 2849 East College Ave., Avondale Estates, GA 30002, located in the Twin Oaks Plaza just east of Decatur.  

Tiny House Fitness - currently offering Personal and Partner training in Avondale Estates and East Decatur.  All sessions are offered in a private setting with no other trainers or gym attendees in the space. It's just you,  your training partner if you're sharing a session, and Abby, your ACE
Certified Personal Trainer.

Never a membership fee.  Pay for the services you want, not what you don't need.  

Receive professional instruction in a non-gym, non-competitive setting.  No contracts or membership fees.  Here, we believe the only commitment should be to yourself.  Classes are small  (as a result of these uncertain times, class size is limited to a maximum of 4 participants to ensure a safe social distance from everyone) so that each participant gets the personal attention needed to promote safety and performance.  Indoor small group classes will be brought back at a later time due to Covid 19.

With an open floor plan, there's plenty of room to integrate a variety of exercises to minimize boredom and stay both physically and mentally challenged. Exercise formats are taught in both small group classes and personal training sessions . Why not mix it up with a fusion of the following: dumbbell exercises, body weight drills, TRX® Suspension Training®, slam balls, kettle bells , battle ropes, and spin bike or rowing cardio intervals .

Fitness Fusion Classes - a mixed class incorporating group indoor cycling,

This private, membership-free studio is easily accessible from Avondale Estates, Decatur, Oakhurst, Kirkwood, East Atlanta, Scottdale, Medlock Park, & Clarkston.
