Fitness Fusion Class:  Spin bikes, TRX® Suspension training, Free weights, & bands; Circuit style workout with spin bike intervals

Stretch Class:  Using Yoga straps & stretches, we address tight hips, improving your range-of-motion and circulation, alleviating back pain and more. Flexibility +Performance = Wellness  Please bring your own mat

Hatha Yoga Class:  Basic, non-advanced Vinyasa flow class combining beginner level poses with the breath.  Please bring your own mat

Please be aware that we don't have showers.
