Fitness Fusion Class:  Spin bikes, TRX® Suspension training, Free weights, & bands; Circuit style workout with spin bike intervals. Participants are discouraged from taking this class format 2 days in a row. 48 hours in-between is recommended.

Yoga Class: Learn how to connect your breath with your mind and body. This class follows a basic Hatha flow format allowing participants to modify for their individual needs.
