Indoor, socially distanced Personal and Shared training sessions (up to 2 participants) are available by appointment only.  Masks required indoors.

Fitness Fusion Class:  Spin bikes, Rowing machines, TRX® Suspension training, Free weights, & bands; Circuit style strength workout with cardio warm up & cardio intervals. Participants are discouraged from taking this class format 2 days in a row. 48 hours in-between is recommended.
