Metabolic Conditioning Classes

 Metabolic Conditioning classes will be small group fitness classes up to 6 participants.  These classes will include Interval and Circuit style protocols utilizing dumbbells, elastic tubing, training ropes, medicine balls, gliders, and body weight exercises.

The classes will be made available for purchase by January 1st.  Class credits purchased may be used for these classes as well as TRX classes. If you have already purchased TRX Suspension Training Class credits, you will be able to use those toward Metabolic Conditioning Classes.  Click here to peek at the schedule for the new Metabolic Conditioning classes.

In addition to small group classes,  in January 2014, one may purchase "Best Value" Packages which include both personal training sessions and group classes.  Personal training sessions are a great opportunity to learn how to use kettlebells!
