Personal & Shared Training


One-on-one or Two-on-one  Personal Training sessions  may be scheduled during non-class hours.  These sessions may be scheduled for 30 or 45 minutes. These sessions are a great opportunity to learn how to swing a kettlebell or learn a more challenging TRX® exercise.  

Pricing available upon request.

Not ready to jump into a group class yet but want to share the camaraderie, bring a  friend or a loved one to take advantage of  partner training sessions.  These sessions may be scheduled for 45 minutes.

 In order to encourage commitment and consistency so that you reach your fitness goals, all training sessions must be redeemed during the calendar month of purchase.
