Personal & Shared Training

One-on-one or Semi-private Training sessions  may be scheduled during non-class hours.  An exercise program may be designed for a single individual or two individuals at the same time.  If 2 individuals have similar goals they can work with a trainer in an effort to reduce the price point and still receive the benefits of closely supervised exercise instruction.  Not ready to jump into a group class yet but want to share the camaraderie, bring a  friend or a loved one to take advantage of  shared training sessions.  These sessions may be scheduled for 45 minutes.

 In order to encourage commitment and consistency so that you reach your fitness goals, all training sessions must be redeemed during the calendar month of purchase.
